studio mode: graffiti cafe

varna, bulgaria, located in a botique hotel featuring an art gallery, 4 hotel floors, the cafe we present you, restaurant, night club area: 300 sq.m. photo credits: 3inSpirit.
we built up the interior as natural continuation of the architecture. by functional design we separated the area into two zones: the front zone was incorporated
into the exterior creating public space and feeling of console silhouette of the building; the rear zone was separated through floor and roof design that
allowed reducing depth of space while keeping the panorama. the real challenge was to solve all functional problems related to ventilation,
sound and mostly acoustics in a way subordinated to the chosen aesthetics as an interpretation of escher work and the structure combinatory from one side and
the striving to achieve this aesthetics through sparing use of materials and means of expression on the other side.
we created identical and unique concept that generalizes and masters the space while satisfying all technological and functional requirements.
the result is trendy interior with sufficient dose of artistry as intentionally wanted reference to the gallery of modern art situated on the next level of the building.

نگاهی به بافت قدیم بوشهر

بافت قدیم بوشهر در هماهنگی کامل با اقلیم منطقه

ساخته شده است.

منطقه ای که بوشهر در ان واقع است دارای اب و هوای گرم و مرطوب که

حاکی از گرمای طاقت فرساست.در طراحی این بافت

برای کم کردن رطوبت

 هوا و قابل تحمل نمودن گرمای محیط معابر بسیار باریک

 و دارای تنوع و

 استقرار ساخته شده است و ساختمانهای دو طرف

معبر دارای ارتفاع زیاد

هستند.این معابر گاهی به قدری باریک می شوند که

عبور دو نفر کنار هم 

را با مشکل روبه رو می سازد این حالت معابر مزایایی

نیز چون سایه اندازی

دارد و مانع از تابش مستقیم نور خورشید به دیوار ها نیز

 می گردد و کوران

هوا به وجود نموده و رطوبت هوا را نیز پاین امدن رطوبت

می گردد.

 معماری بافت قدیم بوشهر

در بافت قدیم متراکم بوشهر، خانه ها در ارتفاع گسترش

یافته و در دو یا سه طبقه ساخته شده اند ویژگی مهم

معماری مسکونی بوشهر ایجاد محیط مرکزی همراه با

فضاهای جنب آن در عین حال ارتباط بصری مستقیم با

بیرون خانه به وسیله عناصری بنام طارمه و شناشیر

است.

ویژگیهای معماری وبافت قدیم بوشهر

مصالح ساختمانی

شهر بوشهر بر روی زمینی از جنس سنگهای فسیلی ساخته شده است که این جداره سنگی بعضی از مناطق در عمق و حدود یک متری قرار دارد و آب دریا به زیر این لایه نفوذ کرده و زمین خیلی سست به وجود آمده است.
